We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry about joining or visiting the lodge. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent, given by submitting the form. We will not use your details for marketing, and we will not share or sell them to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are retained for as long as is needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversation, and are deleted once there is no longer a reasonable purpose to keep them. If you later join the lodge, your information will be managed under the United Grand Lodge of England's membership privacy arrangements.

Where it's stored

The website is hosted on Vercel, and form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and may store data on servers inside or outside the UK, under standard data protection safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to withdraw your consent, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
